The Shinto Stratum System
Layered modular platform · Fujin vision redefined
The Shinto Stratum System is Fujin’s modular tactical platform for players who want one foundation that can evolve with the mission. Built around layered integration, streamlined access, low-profile storage, and scalable front-end configuration, it gives you a cleaner way to build a serious loadout without losing flexibility. Designed around 1000D Cordura, Duraflex hardware, and scalable chassis options, the platform supports everything from lighter setups through to larger plate configurations, including shooter plates up to 12 x 15.
Not a random stack of pouches. Not a one-role rig. The Stratum System is designed to let you build from inner comfort through to external access, keeping your setup clean, scalable, and ready for how you actually play.
Platform Overview
One Platform. Five Working Layers.
The Shinto system is built as a complete loadout platform. Each layer builds on the next, moving from comfort and structure through to retention, admin access, and mission utility. Available across key colourways including Black, MTP, and Ranger Green, the platform is designed to stay clean, modular, and consistent across the full build.
Layer 01
ThermoGrid
Ventilation and pressure management between user and chassis.
Layer 02
Core Carrier
The central load-bearing structure that everything attaches to.
Layer 03
Vector Panel
Fast access magazine storage with a low-profile front-end footprint.
Layer 04
Kazebuko
Admin, tools, and extra mag capacity in one scalable front layer.
Layer 05
Futai / Zephyr
Lower utility choice for either greater storage or a cleaner, faster pouch profile.
Layer Breakdown
The Shinto Build Stack
Built around modularity, durability, comfort, and fast access. Everything has a purpose, and nothing gets in your way.
Layer 01
サーモグリッド
Shinto ThermoGrid
The inner comfort layer designed to reduce heat build-up, improve airflow, and create better long-duration wear across demanding sessions.
Creates an air channel between the body and carrier.
Helps reduce trapped heat, sweat, and pressure points.
Lightweight padded design improves comfort without bulk.
Integrates securely with compatible fixing points.
The main chassis and structural core of the system. This is the foundation that brings modularity, fit, hardware choice, and load-bearing capability together.
Built from 1000D Cordura for a durable, hard-use platform.
Uses Duraflex buckles across the chassis hardware.
Supports larger plate configurations, including shooter plates up to 12 x 15.
Optional aluminium shoulder buckles can be fitted in place of the standard QR shoulder hardware.
The lower utility layer can be configured around either the Futai or the Zephyr, depending on how much storage, access, and profile control you want from the lower front of the setup.
Futai offers a more traditional lower utility or med-style storage role.
Zephyr gives a cleaner quick-access pouch option for a faster front-end setup.
Lets players choose the lower layer that best suits role, movement, and loadout style.
Keeps the platform modular without forcing a single utility configuration.
The Shinto platform also extends into the wider range, including the NADAI Gen2 chassis, Hikari inserts, Hikari MagLock options, EVA foam side plates, and lower utility choices such as the Futai or Zephyr. It is built to give players more than one way to run the system cleanly.
Start minimal and build up only where needed.
Keep your front profile cleaner and more intentional.
Create role-specific loadouts without replacing the full rig.
Maintain a unified Fujin look across the whole setup.
The Shinto range also extends into structural and retention upgrades, making it a full Fujin system rather than a fixed five-piece setup.
Plate Support
The chassis supports larger plate configurations, including shooter plates up to 12 x 15, giving the platform more structural range.
Material Build
Constructed from 1000D Cordura with Duraflex buckles for a tougher, more dependable platform under repeated use.
Hardware Choice
Optional aluminium shoulder buckles can replace the standard QR shoulder hardware for players who want a different shoulder setup.
Utility Options
Run the lower front with either the Futai or the Zephyr, depending on whether you want more storage or a faster, cleaner pouch profile.
Enter The Platform
Build your Fujin loadout around a system that actually scales.
Whether you want a cleaner speed-driven setup or a more layered mission build, the Shinto Stratum System gives you a refined foundation to grow from. Start with the core. Add the layers that match your style. Available across Black, MTP, and Ranger Green, the platform stays sharp whatever direction you take it.
