Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email fujinairsoft@gmail.com with your order number. Don't send items back before requesting a return — unrequested returns aren't accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival and contact fujinairsoft@gmail.com immediately if anything's wrong.

Non-returnable
Custom or personalised items, consumables, sale items, and gift cards.

EU customers
You have a 14 day cooling off period to cancel your order for any reason, no justification needed. Same condition requirements apply.

Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
