Smaller than the original Blaster, and it wakes up when you pick the gun up. A compact rechargeable tracer with three modes, shake-to-wake power control, an LED battery indicator and a burst rate of up to 35 rounds per second. Five finishes.

A tracer unit lights a phosphor BB as it leaves the barrel so you can see where your shots actually go. At a night game that is the difference between shooting and guessing, and in daylight it is still the fastest way to learn what your hop is doing at thirty metres. The Blaster C is the small version of the unit that made Acetech the default name in this corner of the sport.

Three modes cover what people actually want. Tracer with flame gives you the lit BB and a muzzle flash effect; flame only is for the look without the ammunition; tracer only is the sensible setting for anyone who cares about seeing their rounds and nothing else. It handles standard airsoft BBs and gel as well.

The intelligent power control is the part you notice at a game. Pick the gun up and a shake wakes it; leave it in the safe zone for five minutes and it drops into sleep rather than flattening the cell. The battery is a rechargeable lithium ion with an LED showing power and charge state, so there is no cell to carry spares of.

Good to know before you buy

You need tracer BBs, and they are not optional. A tracer unit charges a phosphor-coated BB with UV light; an ordinary white BB does nothing at all. Tracer ammunition is in our ammo section.

Check your thread first. It fits 14mm counter-clockwise as standard, and the 14mm to 11mm clockwise adaptor in the box covers most pistols and older AEGs. If your barrel is something else, ask us before ordering.

It is a muzzle device, so mind the length. Anything on the end of the barrel adds to the overall length and changes how the gun handles in a doorway. The other units are in our tracer units section.

Frequently asked questions

Will it work in daylight?
The BBs light up regardless, and you will see them far better at dusk or indoors. For learning where your rounds go in bright sun, you will see the first twenty metres and not much past it.

How is it different from the original Blaster?
Acetech describe it as a smaller, lighter version of the same unit. The modes and the shake-to-wake behaviour are the same; the body is more compact.

Does it need its own battery?
No. It has a rechargeable lithium ion cell built in with an LED indicator, so it charges rather than taking replaceable cells.

Can I use it on a high rate of fire gun?
It is rated to 35 rounds per second, which covers most skirmish builds. Past that you are into the specialist end and should ask us first.

⚠ Tracer BBs and real flame are not the same thing. The flame mode is a light effect, not fire, but a tracer unit still goes on the hot end of the gun and comes off dirty. Clean the inside out regularly, because a unit full of BB wax stops lighting anything.
💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: Run tracer only rather than tracer with flame for your first game with it. The flame effect is lovely and it also lights up your own position every time you shoot, which you will notice before anybody tells you. More in our tracer units section.
