Emerson Gear LBT9022 Style SEAL Blowout Medic Pouch

When someone goes down in a medic game, you want your IFAK or trauma kit out fast. This Emerson Gear blowout pouch, styled on the LBT9022, uses its own opening system to give quick, simple access to whatever you keep inside.

It is compact and light at just 90g, so it sits neatly at the back of a belt or on MOLLE without getting in the way. Choose Multicam Black for night games and darker loadouts, or Multicam Tropic for green woodland sites. The IFAK or trauma kit is not included.
