Sōfū means twin wind, and that's the whole idea — nobody comes on their own. Mate, partner, brother, the lad from your home site who keeps asking about the rigs. Doesn't matter who — if they want to play, bring them. One Ronin, one guest, booked as a pair.
Pairing up works out £35 a head. There are 20 solo slots if you genuinely can't get anyone along.
Nobody in a hi-vis following you round the field, so the calls are on you. Nothing complicated:
- Take your hits. Hand up, call it, walk out.
- Eye pro stays on from the safe zone line until you're back inside it. Guests too — this is the one we can't be relaxed about.
- There's a games master and timekeeper running throughout — game on, endex, keeping the phases moving.
Red Alert's usual site limits apply — 350 fps AEG, 400 fps DMR, 10m minimum engagement, chrono on 0.20g.

Five prizes, announced closer to the day. Drawn at lunch, 12:30 — so whatever you win, you're using it in the afternoon. Tickets handed out at sign-in against your name.
Paid up front, as the site needs numbers confirmed well in advance. If something comes up you can pass your pair to another Ronin up to a week before — just tell us who's taking it and we'll swap the names over.
